Dutasteride Side Effect

Hi,

I just wanted to ask a question of any of you guys that have suffered extremely dry skin as a result of using Dutasteride (0.5mg per day).

I used dutasteride for around 16 months, then all of a sudden, my skin (especially on my face) became very very dry. It itches all the time, and feels very tight. I'm constantly aware of it.

My question is how long does it take, once you've stopped using Dutasteride, for the skin's sebum to return to its former level of production?

I stopped using dutasteride about 3 months ago.
