Exactly. You dont have male pattern baldness most likely. You dont even have the typical recession of the hairline, just diffuse thinning because you are a dirty slob that dont wash your scalp and letting sh*t buildup on your noggin. The reason bald guys tend to have this hardened skin look is because there is no hair there that grows anymore because of DHT. The fat/collagen in the skin that supports the hair is no longer needed because there is no active fully developed hairs that grow. You overthink all this and think you got the cure lmao. Bro just use finasteride and min and stop overthinking this. And I assume this secondary scalp buildup mostly happens in men not women hahahaha. Please just go away we dont want you to brainwash young balding guys with your stupid theories.

I 100% have male pattern baldness. When you have it a long time the fibrosis and crap builds up a lot. I didnt have the bump on my vertex like that guy until years after my balding started and I have the same balding pattern all my relatives have.

Please tell us the answers Sensei

I can tell you part of the answer to have any chance to recover your hair (if you arent a tranny taking estrogen) once you have reached severe balding stages is you have to clean that environment up which isn't easy and is very time consuming. I have done that and now we will see if that Taiwan discovery fixes my balding area.

Ok but a bump on your head has nothing to do with male pattern baldness anyway. Thats a separate problem. Just take min/finasteride/dutasteride or estrogen and move on with your life. You drive yourself nuts. There are teens going bald at 15 from androgens do you realise this? A buildup and fibrosis would take many years to develope. Not when you are just 15-20. male pattern baldness is mainly androgen related nevertheless. If you go on the hormonal thread on this site you will see a bald bald guy taking estrogen and regrew almost all his hair. How could estrogen reverse fibrosis and other buildup? You tried to explain it but you failed.

So..
how much to use it per week?
Buy a proper clarifying shampoo and use once a week. one with salicylic acid preferably. Also use a glycolic acid topical from a pharmacy to apply on scalp twice a week.

It 100% does as its the buildup of fibrosis and stuff under there. Many people it just spreads more evenly not to appear as a bump or ridges etc. I do agree some early balders can go bald before that stuff builds to a noticable point.

You realise that you have mental problems right? Fibrosis and buildup would possibly only happen after a person has been bald for many years. But its not the trigger or cause of male pattern baldness. So women also have fibrosis and gunk in their scalps but it doesnt matter because they have low dht and not sensitive to androgens? Lmao. Just leave the forum and never come back. Its all theories and not even proven by science. Stop playing that you are the messiah.

He should just transition
Its like a tug of war for that poor old man if he is not on a DHT blocker. He will never win the good fight against male pattern baldness without it. He will never grow a full thick head of hair. I just dont understand it. He avoided dht blockers and probably minoxidill too for many years and let fibrosis and other crap build inside his scalp. Had he only fixed his scalp inflammation and taken a dht blocker he wouldnt be in this position.

Even if you get rid of fibrosis, if the follicle is dead it doesn't matter lol there's nothing to grow back. He needs to accept reality and just shave it

We will see. I will update my progress with a picture in early April. I do admit except for when I first started dermarolling around 4 years ago its all downhill so far except for abòùt 7 months afteŕ that my hair thickened a ĺittle but started going downhill slowĺy again. I have faith this new approach will work though.
