Ive just checked on Hair loss help board...

And I think you are saying that the dutasteride ED and 4 Fluridil ampuleas are barely working:

the RU has defininitely a WOW factor to it. It is the most effective drug out there..i maintained very well on 1 applicaiton a day and even regrew some hair at the harline, but I was also on dutasteride & Fluridil at the same time in a combo.
you really need a combo for the best results. Fluridil is good stuff but less effective than RU on its own I think..that's because inhibiting androgen recepetors is a very hard thing to do. I used 4 times the recommeded amount of fluridil and dutasteride EOD and barely maintained. Fluridil does really work, that's for sure but is best used in combo with either RU or Flutamide as it will create a synergy effect. Inhibiting androgen recpetors, even a small percentage, is a must in any treatements against MBP..plus, fluridil has no side effects, even at 4 times the dosage. I don't see any reasons not to use it. So i will continue using Fluridil but only using it in at night, ED, 2 amplues, then RU in the mornings and dutasteride EOD instead of ED, since I need more DHT now, due to my more active sex life ''

I thought you said, on this board, it was holding everything up nicely and your hair has never been better ?
Or have things changed and has the Fluridil effectiveness worn out?

I could be mistaken, but please clarify, as I am waitig for my fluridil parcel...

Thanks

after several weeks of 4 ampules a day and dutasteride eod..i have a feeling that hair are not as thick as before. Fluridil does work, but this is not as strong as RU or even Flutamide, like I wrote before. Flurdil is good at lowering shedding of hair but in terms of hair thickenness, i think that flutamide was better.

Also, my hairloss is getting stronger and stronger as I age, so even if a regimen works fine, it does not mean that 6 months later it will be as effective. Time is not our friend here.

Since they work in 2 totally different ways, the best results will be obtained by using the drugs together. evaluating Fluridil on its own is a bit pointless, we know that no drug can inhibit andrgoen recepetors by 100% all the time. But even if it inhibits 20 or 30%, and without side effects, this would mutiply the effects of a topical anti androgen and DHT reducer.

Now I probably have a lot more serum and scalp DHT than before, therefore the topicals have a harder job to keep things afloat.

I will never stop fluridil but I will reduce to 2 ampules a day, taken at the same time, and use RU58841 again, twice a day if possible, and keep dutasteride to a lower EOD level.

I want more serum DHT & more libido ! DHT controls some other things in the brain too and I know that i get more lethargic if i use too much dutasteride.
I'd love to be able to quit dutasteride at some point.

If you want the best results, use your fluridil with a topical AA and oral DHT reducer.

I will keep fine-tuning my regimen and report back.

Good luck

Cheers Duterino...

I would love to compliment my regimen with either Flutamide or Topical RU

However both have driven me mad due to very different reasons...

Flutamide: Ive read about it being systematically absorbed etc and resultanrt side effects.

RU: Hard to get hold of and still needs to be prepared. Once prepared not sure if stable and not sure if its the real deal anyhow!

So what can be done?
