Had to dump down the dose to a mere 1 mg / mL, saw some gentle improvement in hair texture after 5 days of 10 mg / mL but the nipples burning was catastrophic and the stuff leaves the body so slowly almost like it was dutasteride.

Did you notice any brain foggish feeling? Maybe just drop it and then restart in a couple of days at like 2-5mg/ml and perhaps even skip a few days in between each application? My plan was to give it a go at 5mg/ml with a a higher water/ethanol ratio and then move up incrementally. Should have the equol in my mailbox this week...

It's very easy to see an improvement in the quality of EXISTING HAIR (obviously I am not talking about regrowth of slick-bald areas) when you use something sufficiently powerful, within days. Equol binds up most of the DHT and boosts growth by stimulating estrogen receptor-beta. This immediately infuses life into the hairs that are already in anagen and makes them swell up and appear and feel thicker. Thickening up the thinner vellus hairs which are noticeably miniaturized takes many months and several hair cycles.

well you can notice the increased growth rate if you are very observant , but i still believe anything less than 2-3 months cant be conclusive .I personally think this r/s mix is quite strong in high doses since r-equol can potentially deplete your 5ars , but even in smaller doses it might help over time

I notice everything too. I have a magnified hand mirror, and I see things pop up overnight sometimes. If you’re a crazy f***, nothing gets by you. Seriously. Nothing.

i ve been through that to a degree, but it is hard to be objective because even the slightest changes in lighting , the angle from where u are looking and the distance from the mirror or even your current mood can influence how you see your hair , so idk i d give a treatment some time before getting excited or disappointed

Update on my customs agf-39 fuckery.

I wrote the email below on Monday. Today I got a reply stating that they have allowed me
to apply for a permit to import this stuff. They revoked the seizure notice. If you can be bothered reading the email, you might see why. Lol. Not sorry.

To whom it may concern

I would like to know how it is that one can go about gaining permission for importation of such goods, given that permission seems only to be granted to businesses or authorised and accredited facilities? How am I, with an incurable, non-responsive to treatment disease supposed to gain access to this product, where no clinic in this country offers it as treatment, and I haven’t got the means to simply fly to Korea? You must excuse my frustration because although I am certainly aware that laws and regulations exist for a reason, I am somewhat bemused by how non-hormonal products can be classified as hormonal treatment to begin with, and furthermore how having a disease doesn’t classify as good enough reason to be granted return of said goods. I have offered confirmation of my disease from my specialist, and have conveyed the importance of this treatment for me.

I am not a difficult or combative person, but I find the finality and dismissive nature of this hard to process. I suppose it is rather simple to brush off the woes of others when you have not experienced life within that other persons shoes, but I can tell you now without a hint of hyperbole that alopecia is crippling, it is devastating, and it takes away your life, your normality.
I realise that I have probably spent $500 and gotten my hopes up over this last chance at treating my disease for no reason, and my claim will be tossed aside like goods I ordered. I have asked my sister who is a government solicitor about this process, and she herself has stated that those who sit behind their desks and dole out permission or prohibition each day care very little about the impact it has upon those lives.

Do excuse me if this comes across as overly indignant. I simply wish anyone knew what it’s like to have an aesthetically deforming disease at the age of 25. I have considered death each day because of the little that surrounds my future. I do thank you for throwing the last shred of that away. Literally.

Too f*****g relatable. I was unhinged this morning from some drama surrounding the fact that I no longer have an active social life due to this prison hell hole condition. Not a person in my life understands, surprising actually. I refuse to live a degraded quality of life and will not be moving on until my situation is solved. Several days of reduced dose at 2-3 mg of RS equol. Gyno symptoms almost gone, but libido still low. Brain fog in afternoon hours, general difficulty thinking, less mental presence and clarity. Zest for life low, occasional dizzy spells and feeling spaced out and in my head, all worse in the afternoon hours.

Androgen deprivation in the brain feels awful. 5AR1 inhibition partly to blame as well most likely. Shame, as I seem to be maintaining. I take it before bedtime. I will try to take it in the morning, if that fails to reduce the sides I am quitting. Might as well be on RU or finasteride. I’m a programmer, I need my head working properly.

FYI 2-3 mg works about 80% as well as 60 mg, hair-wise.

Need a 20 times higher dose to mop up the remaining 50% but in my case it isn't necessary.

I'm surprised that worked, to be honest. And what happens when you run out? Are you going to have to go through that bullshit again?

Also how is this used at home? Are you gonna have some kind of mesogun for injection or what? What was the price and where did you buy it?

No the permit will take care of that. I just produce it each time I import.

Yeah man I already have a meso device I bought for it.

I got it from Alibaba and it seems pretty great. It was like 145 US but I bought some extra needles and syringes seperately. It’s this one

Was going to go drop it at the lab today but I've been exhausted and I have to pack for going out of town tomorrow so I'm just taking it easy today. Will aim to drop it next week.

I have thought about it, and I believe I will try it on my face as a facial anti-aging treatment first to test my tolerance and for any side effects. R-equol looks very strong for anti-aging. As long as there are no problems with facial use, I may then add it to my hair 1-3 months later.

I let it clear out for a few days and for all the gyno symptoms to subside and now I am attempting to use it again at 2-3 mg in the morning.

The mental side effects are what bothers me the most. I had headaches, brain fog, some kind of weird head twisting feeling and vertigo.
Other than that this stuff works, I can only hope that the liposomes, and the fact that it will only use S-Equol, are going to prevent this kind of stuff from happening when using the Brotzu lotions (homemade or the real deal).
