What I would like to Debunk is when exactly do most people see there final pattern as far as early onset suffers are concerned?

Dr Rassman points out its around 26. However I have heard people like @Wolf Pack indicate that for those who have early onset, you will begin to see the final pattern by the time you are thirty.

@Roberto_72 thoughts?

What is the earliest age you have seen for a man to have a complete Pattern 7 hair loss?

I have seen men reach a full Class 7 balding pattern by the age of 21. Most men with advanced balding patterns get them by the time they are 26 years old.

Dr Rassman

if this is the case, then I will be inbetween NW5 based on my sides, and how far the crown dips down.

My theory is to pay attention to your sides, followed by the crown dip area to indicate your norwood pattern. As the hair in these regions tend to be resilient around the surrounding areas

Personally it took me 18 months to see my final hair loss pattern. Went from a thick NW1.5 to a NW7 in a very rapid time. Still losing hair on my horseshoe too so idk, is it possible to go lower than NW7?

NW7 followed by DUPA, and retro around sides, back & donor region.

What Norwood pattern is mine:

I think I will definitely lose the whole frontal 3rd but I think I will have an island forelock for at least a decade.

2nd opinion? Is nw5 or Norwood 6 pattern?

Good candidate for future hair restoration. (High sides)

NW5 looks to be your pattern.

All though right now you are arguably a diffuse NW4.

Crazy how much of a difference buzzing t makes. It was my first reality check. grown out it hid so much of the truth.

Awesome - that's good news, not that I think I want a hair transplant.

People say shave it but even though I have a lot of hair loss I can still look like I almost have a fullhead of hair when styled to conceal:

I say only shave when you are seriously diffused nw4.

No reason for you to shave. quality of your hair is good.

it makes a big difference.

I would say if you reach a NW5 then it's time to 0-1 guard

That's good to hear - i'm not a massive fan of the shaved look on me but I will do it if I have to.

the angle he shot is tricky

if I'd post a photo with grown hair with almost the same angle you will think I'm fullhead fraud

the only matters is the photo on eye level
