I just stumbled across a DIY hair topical solution that a Dermatologist gave to a patient! The recipe is as follows : Αlcohol pure 100ml,Propylene glycol 70ml,Lotion Elocon Fl (one) ,Μinoxidil 10gr, Amp Androcur No III (the oily injection vial 3ml/300mg )(I thought if could we crush the pills equal to 300mg will be fine?)He put the solution in a regaine bottle and used 10 sprays a day!He said he had excellent results in 17 months of use with the typical side effects that made him stop and he lost the gains! This was from a greek site Hairlossgr.I am thinking on using topical cyproterone acetate!Have anyone tried that? The oil in the injection is castor oil!!!!
Why not use topical bica instead of cpa? Bica increases estradiol, and cpa has a greater risk of shrinking testes and things of that nature, with virtually the same risk of gyno.

If finasteride and dutasteride and minoxidill really worked none of us would still be here on this forum, it just goes to show that barely anything works good enough which is sad. You really gotta grow tits to even stop male pattern baldness.

Yeah, gyno precedes hair growth on these drugs. If you're going to take 1mg E2 it seems like you might as well take 4mg because it's going to give you breasts anyways. Plus with that stuff it just goes straight into the bloodstream if you use it topically, so might as well just go straight oral with it. As others mentioned on another thread, a smart-carrier is really what we need to avoid sides; the drugs that basically cure hair loss already exist for the most part.

Hey . You were right about oral minoxidil. I drink only two drops at a time for a week, and already noticeably less hair falls out of my head. I will keep watching, but the expectations are exciting.

Alright I just scheduled gyno surgery next month, its just 1.5k euros with whole gland removal in local anesthesia. After that I can take anything without recurrence. Will update with before after pics after surgery if anyone interested.
I am also planning to have surgery. In April. I will emphasize that the gland should be completely removed to avoid recurrence, because some complain that gyno is coming back.
Also, I may need additional liposuction, but I will start by removing the gland and see what happens

7 months HRT. I'm a norwood 0 but my hair hasn't improved in quality and I'm beginning to doubt that my hairline and temples will ever get back to their original thickness and luster. I will give HRT a lot of the time. Before starting HRT, I was hoping to recover everything in 8 months, but now I understand that this is a short time.
Throughout the time of HRT, I ate heavily, so I can not connect the increase in the buttocks and legs with HRT. In any case, the changes are small, and I think, with the diet, I can easily return everything back.
I can’t name a single minus of HRT besides gynecomastia. Only pluses. Recently the barber cut my hair really bad and I didn't even want to go out with that stupid haircut. And I thought about how bad it would be if I went bald. I really can't imagine how I would survive this.
I'm against suicide, but I really can't imagine how I would live if I didn't stop this nightmare.

Realistically they do work as maintainance for a majority of people if started before its progressed too far. But dutasteride or finasteride aren't going to typically gain much in Norwood territory. And topical minoxidil has awful efficacy (especially without tret) due to necessity of sulfatransferase and its avail wildly differing from person to person. But also I think people on this forum are likely either bothered by hairloss more than the average joe or they potentially have a more progressive version that doesn't respond to standard treatments.

I have a small lump not visible behind right nipple and i am thinking to remove this too even before if ever get bigger!!If the gland is removed there is no chance comming back the only thing that might be a problem is the fat redistribution later on the chest area maybe that will need liposunction in the future.I said that based on the fat redistribution that Dani told us he had! Also you should try oral minoxidil too it will help you!I know you hate it bro :D

Thanks bruh
Did you used Bicalutamide? If yes, how much and how long?

You use estradiol valerate injection weekly?

You have one of the best results in hair growth and feminization that I've ever seen. Incredible.
I want go a similar way too.

12.5mg CPA/50mg Bicalutamide + 1mg E2 (gel) is it good starting dose for hair? Im not trans I just hate balding and wear a hair system (but im loosing temple peaks and hair system is going to look unnatural..), however I would like to try to regrow my hairs... im NW3. I dont care about fertility/boobs. Im 29 years old. Duta, Fina, minoxidil oral doesnt work, im using it since 3 years and still loosing ground.

Bruhhh. I could never allow myself to grow tits or even get puffy and bigger nipples. Or fatty chest no way I almost rather be bald. You are trans bruh not a man at least. Get a grip on yourself. Yes dutasteride is pretty weak man.

Gyno, puffy nipples can be removed. You can hide it with clothes. I dont want to wear a f*****g hat 24/7. You only live once.

A lot of men have gyno from puberty

Puffy nipples cant be removed dude its permanent you would need surgery and it will never look natural again. If u wanna become a weak beta male with tits go ahead lol. But i wont go that far. Being desperate is very dangerous.

I'd rather get a hair transplant, or even a system, than to be on that regimen. Besides, the doses are too low to regrow much hair. Bica seems more effective at 75mg, E2 must be at least 2mg, and CPA is pointless when you are already on bica and E2. I suspect a lot of people on regimens like yours will end up bald anyways since the dose is too low, not to mention brittle bones, and liver issues later in life.
