I've had my ups and downs, I've seen improvement and maintenance. However I am on a very powerful regimen.
Imagine thinking dick size is more important than a full head of hair. Someone who is okay with sexxing a brutally ugly man simply for the dick size is degenerate. A beautiful face and hair is everything.

Based. Face and hair > body > dick. Knowing these simple facts, it was easy for me to conclude that HRT is worth it. In 2 weeks I will start RU and if it helps me, I will have everything right away. No compromises.

You can be beautiful even at 50+ years old. Look at Cillian Murphy, Brad Pitt, DiCaprio, Max Mikkelsen. Yes, they don't look like 16 year old femboys, but they look good for their age. This would not be the case if they went bald.
And your argument sounds like “Bro, we’re going to die anyway, then why do you need to live now?”. I'm sorry that due to health problems I only started looking good at 19 years old. I lost a lot because I looked bad at 12-18. I had problems with self-esteem and socialization. But in the future I won’t regret that I lost a lot because I looked bad at 19+.

If u want to remain a man. HRT is a very bad idea just for the sake of hair. Yes dutasteride and finasteride and even oral minoxidil completely failed me. And now I got a permanent side effect from those two drugs. Imagine the permanent sides I would get from HRT. There are too many cons than pros of hrt to be worth it if u want to remain a 100% man in every way.

HRT does not change sex or gender. HRT gives you some of the sex characteristics of your desired gender and thereby reduces gender dysphoria in those whose gender does not match their appearance.

A transgender person will not experience dysphoria from HRT, they will experience a reduction in it. And a cis person can experience it by acquiring characteristics of the opposite sex.
Interesting. Are there any studies on this topic? On the topic of downregulation of receptors on HRT. That would explain a lot.
The combination of Duta + RU is the most powerful thing other than HRT that can be used. It's very interesting to try it for yourself. Perhaps I can use my experience to refute claims that it is as effective as HRT.
