Yes, a week ago but the pain and redness does not cease. I buy it OTC but following the advices my trichologist gave years ago when I used it

The one secret nobody has answered yet is how to keep a reasonably masculine face on HRT and prevent becoming a strong "butch lesbian" or an uncanny man. I cannot imagine your faces would look manly if you have started HRT in early twenties.
I look hypermasculine on hrt it doesn't even do anything unless you're really lucky. all it did was give me clear skin and regrow some hair, almost no one has drastic changes like bridgeburn did

Pro tip: If you don't ever want to get any facial feminization, just chew hard foods, do intermittent fasting 16/8 and if you still don't achieve it, add 20-30 min of cardio before you break the fasting.

Source: I did it bro

Thank me later.

Those who are interested DM me I will leak the real path to be a successful gigahrtchad

Didn’t you say you were very underweight and skinny?

Yes but you can still look masculine even with a higher BMI. 18 BMI is still a good BMI to look male. Let your beard grow(doesn't have to be a full beard, just visible facial hair), chew hard foods for a more angular face, do intermittent fasting to keep your bf% low and lift weights and I guarantee you anyone on earth would look femenine even on hrt If you are 20+ yo and do these stuff

I have a BMI of like 25 and I don't even have a belly. It's simply a masculine build. "18 BMI is still good ..." ... like what are you talking about? That's like losing 20+kg. I am sure you lose muscles on estrogen though, but this difference still sounds a lot. Makes me anxious how much weaker I would be.

I don't like my beard. Hair was only growing on my neck and lower chin (not face) so I had it lasered, only patches can grow. It could only look unkempt.

But to sum it up, your strategy is to basically have so little fat that nothing actually gets to your face (cheeks)? Do you have trouble maintaining it or does your habit of intermittent fasting come naturally?

They didn't share pics AFAIK? And btw feminine face is awesome, but "masculine face" + "feminine smooth skin" = "uncanny". This is what I am talking about.

I cannot image what you mean by hypermasculine in your case. This sounds more like grooming that everything will be awesome on HRT or even better.

I never had a high BMI ever, noe on testosterone or estrogen . My BMI has always been like 17.5 or so on Testosterone. Im an ectomorph so I always had low fat and low muscle naturally and my frame is not huge(ribcage circumference is like 76.5-77 cm circumference behind just below the nipples and my wrists are also very small).

Maintaining a low BMI is a natural thing to my body, I just do intermittent fasting due to health benefits.

About beard, I just said that because it can add even more masculinity to the face but it is not even necessary if you maintain a lower end healthy BMI, because that way your bone structure will be exposed and you will not look femenine. Also I've noticed with lower BMI you have less smooth skin(cause subcutaneous fat gives smoothness to the skin) so it removes even more feminization.

The ugly truth of hrt for some people. Fat square face with thin flat hair.

Yeah, your small frame contributes greatly to that low BMI. My ribcage circumference is like 93cm or so (measured roughly below nipples). I'd probably look like the machinist at that BMI of 18.

Not actively on HRT now, but I've tried out injections for 3 months or so.

Exactly. Though with trans people I am always wondering how much makeup and feminine hairstyle add to the effect and how their face would look like with a more masculine hairstyle.

This is the issue with HRT and why I think Adri and others here may be an exception or their own perception is vastly different from how others perceive them. Or maybe they just live in a very liberal area where people don't think about it much at all.

Wtf that person jawmogs me even tho I'm on 16.9 BMI and have masseter hypertrophy

"jawmogs" -> That's not something you envy though I guess

I'm afraid I'll look like this:

That thing just got more masculine the longer the video went on lol I guess he grew out his hair and eyelashes from minoxidil. also he needs to learn how to turn the smooth filter off so we can at least see if there was any skin changes. you just proved our point, estrogen does not feminize anyone post puberty

For the billionth time: estrogen does feminize you, but not enough to present as a woman, only to look weird as a man.

I am just trying to assess how this "weirdness" can be mitigated and what the ratio is between luck and effort.

It doesn't feminize anything. I know from experience that estrogen changes absolutely nothing about your face. It's basically just a testosterone blocker that prevents further masculinization and gives you manboobs. It's an uncontrolled substance and easy to get everywhere because of how useless it is, its just a glorified skincare/hair loss supplement.
