Hi mate raloxefine is good for puffy nipples only. I was on it for 2 weeks and my puffy nipples went away as did the pain. But the lumps remained.
You need letrozole to get rid of the hard lumps. And you need to treat it within the first year of getting it, in order to clear them.
I’ve been on it less then a week. I’m taking a very high dosage of 5mg and my gyno lumps are shrinking (my right nipple the gyno is half the size it was after just 4 days. Started on Wednesday evening). The only problem is raloxefine nukes estrogen by 60% and letrozole nukes it by 90+%.
So the ideal scenario is to stop taking estrogen for a few weeks to allow raloxefine to clear your puffy nipples and then get back on estrogen and rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have heard about guys getting horrible side effects from letrozole. Raloxefine takes longer to work so maybe if you took it for longer it would have worked for you.

I took some raloxefine just now and I'm going to stay on it for at least two months straight. I'm going to stop Cyproterone and Estradiol for the next couple of months as well. Hopefully my hair won't shed too much.

Oh really, what side effects were they?
I heard it can make you feel tired, make you feel like crap. And kill your sex drive.
The only side I’m having is tiredness. But it’s only temporary.
I’m on letrozole because I want my gyno situation sorted by the end of may. So I can restart spironolactone as quick as possible.

so when you guys are talking about lumps around the nipples is this what you mean:

If so I find this common in men - again from my hot tub diaries.

Would you consider it gyno?
More or like the same as mine.

Im actually confused about this. I maybe had the wrong idea gyno was mainly adipose layering around the mammary glands area, which is compatible with the average chubby/fat person (although some people have bigger titties than others).
Ive noticed my boobs have gotten to the point where they are often hard as if it as cold. But then again, I've no baseline to compare. As far as I know I've been obsessing too much around it for some time, and maybe you too (at least some of you).

Extreme fatigue and depression that sort of thing. One guy said he felt suicidal. I'm prone to feeling depressed so I want to avoid it.

I would like to throw an update on myself:
I have been on spironolactone and estradiol for just over a month and my hair looks pretty much the same. I added in dutasteride a few days ago, but I’m kind of panicking because of the fear that non of this will work. So far, the main side effects I have is tender nipples which have something hard behind them. It gets extra tender in the morning. They’re also almost ‘tickley’ to the touch and it feels somewhat pleasant. I am also shedding a lot of body hair, there is an evident reduction in body hair. I wake up with a significant amount of leg hairs on the bottom end of my bed. I have also noticed that my skin has gotten so smooth, it’s as smooth as when I was 11. And, there is a significant reduction in acne and oiliness.

I’m planning on adding oral minoxidil, but I’m not sure what dose...

Wow that's interesting I never shed body hair like that and my skin never changed much either. What doses are you taking? I didn't see new hair growth until after 3 months so hang in there.

If so I find this common in men - again from my hot tub diaries.

Gyno is easy to spot. Swollen nipples are the early stages (this is assuming you are on hormonal drugs), basically it looks like fluid in the nipple. Grab the breast tissue surrounding the nipple. And gently feel. If you just feel soft tissue, then it just fat.
If you have swollen nipples they are usually sensitive. So it’s sort of a giveaway that you’ll develop gyno (how bad I’m guessing is body related). A hard lump will start to form behind the centre of each nipple a few weeks after your nipple swelled (grab either side of the nipple and gently feel). A pea sort of size is what you'll likely feel. Then the lump will increase in size. So that is surpasses the size of the nipple (this literally happened within a week for me). If you were to grab your breast tissue now you’ll find you will be feeling a hard lump, the surrounding area will be filled with fluid (basically now just picture a fried egg, the gyno is the white part of the egg and the nipple is the yoke). The gyno won’t be thin either, mine was maybe 30mm deep. Which is why it makes it so noticeable under a T-shirt because pushes the nipple out. Your nipples will be twice the diameter as normal and pointy. Your whole breast will be sensitive. The slightest brush against something will hurt. Sleeping on your chest is now a no go. Jump up and down the lumps are dense and should bounce around, and cause discomfort.

Yeah I haven’t gotten any of those symptoms thank god. But what I will say is my hard lump on my right breast has pretty much gone. It’s like a pea size now and unnoticeable if I took my shirt off. My nipple are normal size again and not swollen any more. My left breast the lump is maybe 25 mm still but was a lot bigger then the right one. One more week and I’ll start tapering off the meds.

My skin changed drastically, especially when it comes to acne. I’m taking 200MG of spironolactone, 2MG of estradiol buccally and 0.5MG of dutasteride. I am thinking of switching to CPA instead of spironolactone. How much hair growth did you notice in three months? And did you get penile shrinkage?

Ya that makes sense, luckily even E at 2mg gel I'm not getting any of this.

I had barely any hair regrowth in the first few months. My hair quality improved and it seemed thicker but definite regrowth didn't start until month 4 for me. And no shrinkage.

You know I have never had a hard lump under my nipples and they're not really sensitive. Also i always sleep on my chest just fine like I used to. Maybe I'm a strange case.

Yeah everyone is different though. But you have mentioned that you treat it with raloxefine. So it never fully developed maybe.
All I know is I still have hard lumps under both nipples, they are much smaller as I mentioned but the lumps are still sensitive.

That’s good then mate. I think people that get gyno just produce more estrogen. I think maybe a smaller dosage of medication will have the same effect as someone on a higher dosage but producing the same amount of estrogen.
Just my theory. I’m going to try it out at the end of may. 150mg of spironolactone and see where that gets me a year down the road.

Pretty much, but it's no different than taking other medications which you may need to take long-term. Whether if that is supplements, or medications to keep a medical condition under control, you eventually get used to the routine. I was thinking the same, but I eventually came to the conclusion that I am just taking my 'daily beauty pills' which will keep my skin clear and hair thick. I guess you could end up stop using the medications of you got surgically castrated...
u would stop anti-testosterone medication after getting castrated but you will need a very high dosage of estradiol after the procedure, I am currently on 8mg some people are on 9mg and even 10mg, I am not sure if dutasteride is necessary after castration, since androgens are permanently shut down 24/7 unlike AA which has half-life, you will need so much estrogen in order to stop brain fog and hot flashes, dutasteride might help but I am not sure if eunuchs need it

After castration I read you need lower estradiol doses ... instead of 6-8 you can be fine with 2-6mg. It's hard to know what's true.
And in France (maybe Europe) doctors and endocrinologists give only 1 to 2mg ...............................................
i was still getting hot flashes and brain fog on 4 mg, they didn't go away until i started taking 8 mg, maybe cuz I am tall (6'5) I am not sure why
