tfw online radfem is unironically a better ally to trans girls than 99% of liberals.
Part of my ethic is literally not wanting to possess something that can be used as a weapon in assault.

Always start first with finasteride, drop the snake oils beside minoxidil and start to block the AR signaling, especially in the pilosebaceous unit and give it instead of androgen, estrogen supply and you are cured.

Also, if you don't mind, anti-histamina are also great for literally depleting PGD2, if you really want to include this pathway, and oh, if you believe in scalp tension, just do every 6 months botox. With that plan, you can't further bald.
I have my masseter muscles relaxed every six months to a year or so since Rob Winter recommends it. I can't tell if it works of course since I have so many different meds but it should be feminizing also by relaxing neck muscles.

Tell us about the effects of 2mg Estradiol + 50mg Bica. So that we cis guys know what to expect. It is definitely necessary to remove the breast, but what else can you expect? Ikarus was not a trance if I am not mistaken

He isn’t trans, he uploaded an image of his gyno on his discord once and it wasn’t bad at all. Not sure about his facial feminisation, he hasn’t showed any selfies

Don't know, I would assume 100mg
Part of my hope is that we can reach a consensus about AA's and hair growth. I still don't understand why someone would use an AA over estrogen. I think males can perhaps increase anagen with AA's but that's not really the same thing as awakening dormant follicles. I might need to re-read this whole thread but my recollection is that those who used no estrogen or amounts under 2 mg, struggled to emulate @bridgeburn and many ended up having profusive sheds.

Explain the side effects. Have you become physically weaker, lost muscles? Are you getting fat? ED?

I am answering someone else's question, hope that's all right but I had great weakness and fatigue on 200mg spironolactone and estrogen that relented when I dumped spironolactone and substantially increased my estradiol via two climara 100's and then oral min and hair growth went through the roof, er the scalp, lol.

Spironolactone is weaker than Bicalutamide, but judging by the reviews, side effects are more frequent. I drink Bicalutamide and feel great, no change. Good antiandrogen

Do you put it in min? I have never had sides or felt any different on any HRT medication except for spironolactone. I probably should have titrated more slowly but for MtF's, I don't think it is necessary at all for hair growth as long as target T and E2 are met. I have had explosive hair growth on just oral min, copious E2, cycled P4 and MPA and Duta plus retin-A, topical min and DR.

Some AA's are already rising E levels a bit, to an extent, which is benefical for some.

Some don't need estrogen, as their follicles aren't dormant, more-over they are just thin and sparse, but not completely gone.

My hairline is super intact (small temple recession, thinning to NW2), my hair is great in some places, but the top is literally grazed, all hairs are there, just thin...

So I would neet to let them regenerate themselves, like a flower where you forgot to give it some water after a few days or week lol.
I gotta pull away the weed and toxic things to let it sprout lol

It depends on someones scalp-, and all over-condition, to evaluate if AAs can thicken up and/or regrow recent "lost" hair.

I don't like Minoxidil. Oral minoxidil is not available in Russia, and topical is inconvenient. He gave me a headache, itched my skin, a nasty smell, etc. For some reason, I also perceive hair on minoxidil as fake
