Thanks that's why I'm taking a break it's exhausting. It gets really boring since I didn't create a variety for each day.

I didn't include the supplements I took but I used Zinc, K2 and grape seed extract

im not an expert on the other solution but i heard that finasteride is only a blocker and brings MILD regrowth

you would need to stack up minoxidil as well but im assuming you're already on that.

finasteride blocks dht and mild regrowth that's all it does.

When you combine the 2 u can sometimes get hair growth...depending if you're a good responder or not.


You could try dutasteride instead of finasteride. it's stronger

Again not the expert on this but just confirm with others.
