Bridgeburn first used CPA and 1.5mg E from Estrogel? He used only low doses of E from the gel for a while and it worked. Did I understand correctly?

Until late summer: 75mg Bicalutamide
From September: 150mg Bicalutamide
January 2022: surgery to remove gynecomastia
in 2022 I will try 100mg Bicalutamide and 1.5mg E from Estrogel: HRT in low doses
I will also try HRT cycles with Lena's injections, HRT for 4-6 months, once every 2 years

This is my plan.

I started to go bald at the age of 16. It was in the fall of 2018. Until winter 2020, my hair quality was deteriorating, but it remained at a bearable level and I could style my hair. Thus, in theory, I can restore my hair on HRT every 2 years. Ideally, do it in 3 months, if the damage is not too severe. I wonder if it is realistic not to lose muscle during this period. I will try to exercise during HRT. I will keep you informed if I can keep fit

Muscle loss is slow so you shouldn't have too much of a problem with a periodical regimen.
Do you microneedle? If not you should.

It can also feminize your face unpredictably. It's not a fact that these effects are particularly suitable for you: someone becomes a beautiful femboy, and someone turns from a swollen and too feminine

I also learned that on HRT, the pelvic bone begins to turn forward, that is, it gets into a female position due to the ligaments and muscles. I suppose that it can even reduce the height, but I am already short (169cm)
HRT on an ongoing basis is definitely not an option. It is hoped that in 4-6 months there will be no irreversible changes, and the fat will go away again when I am done.

I don't know, maybe you should try Minoxidil? Not now, in the future. I still have nothing to lose
Maybe it will prevent fibrosis. Also in improved blood flow, androgens are harder to bind to the receptor
But I doubt Minoxidil will help. Moreover, it does not improve the quality of hair like estrogen.

I understand your point, feminizing isn't geat for everyone. If you do try minoxidil, try not to get it on your face, forehead etc. Take the time when applying it. I was careless with it (even going to bed with hair wet with it) and it developed loads of fine lines around my forehead, my skin in general felt older. Oral I still felt the negative skin effects, but some don't report these sides so I'm not sure. There's a minoxidil alternative which is soon to release it's third phase results:
There are a lot of mixed opinions about it, but it may work great in combination with anti-androgen therapy.

If my breasts were removed, I would be using HRT right now. But I have to wait until I can do breast surgery before HRT.
OK. When my plan C changed from a shot in the temple to HRT, I felt better.

@JaneyElizabeth
Let me go back and read it but that was initial titration. He was using at least 6mg SL later on plus an AA and the trend was always upwards if I recall correctly. I am still finding plenty of people on reddit among MtF's with no growth at all according to them so I don't know if that is enough but CPA works very well for hair for some.

I am thinking about which therapy to use between HRT cycles so as not to return to high doses of estrogen as long as possible. Moreover, the therapy should be cheap. There is such an option: 75mg Bicalutamide + 1.5mg E from Estrogel. I have no idea if that dosage does anything. Although Bridgeburn had an improvement when he started with her

I'm pretty sure Bicalutamide isn't working. I go bald at the same rate despite the fact that I use it. It feels like I'm not doing anything. I repeated the story of Jacob Williams. HRT is the only way out. The main thing is that it works and I do not repeat the history of franzliszt
Growing hair with HRT won't be a win. I wanted to win without radical treatment, so that everyone could repeat it. But now I can't even help Pls, because his hips have definitely not healed. Even my thighs may not be fused together, I don’t know that yet
I lost the battle, friends.

That's what I told another person around your age on here who has mixed emotions. For me this is/was a choice but you guys feel forced into this solution against your will and that is debilitating because you are being drawn in two different directions. Second, older people like me get all of these amazing rejuvenation effects and tissue re-writes but you guys are too young to really experience improvements from such re-writes because you largely lack tendons and ligaments and other tissue that was essentially completely worn out for me and now I look much younger with no back or neck pain. You guys will probably continue to look slightly younger since females do anyway but you won't get the same sort of incredible youth effects especially facially. So, I understand your frustration, Almas. For you guys, it's basically hair, yes but at the cost of less strength, libido and temporary infertility with essentially no other benefits unless you prefer the psychological feeling of HRT as many of us, do.

You are exaggerating the benefits of estrogen. You have lost the ability to build muscle, you said yourself that you have cellulite. You would look younger if you just went in for sports and got a beautiful male body instead of the body of a flabby old woman
Your face may be younger, but what about your body? Moreover, to look mature does not always look bad. You looked like a tough guy, handsome. Why this infantilization and pursuit of youth? Be proud of your age: in the past, elders were respected for their wisdom and experience gained over the years. But today, when the average age of an Internet user is 16, this is not appreciated.

No, buddy. :( Treatment needs time. And Bicalutamide should only preserve the hair, and not regrow.

That's garbage. Look at my before pics. I haven't lost that much strength since I am not on an AA. Those are what really tax one's strength. Second, I reiterate, that these are tissue re-write's and I have the body of someone in her late 20's and not some flabby body that you self-conjecture. I have posted pics of all of me on different transition sites and the comments are always positive and I have never gotten a negative one.

My breasts are high and firm and women actually can be almost as strong from the waist down. I had a scrawny bottom before and now I have a bit more ballast but that diminishes as I go down in weight. You need to get off this thing about exercise being anywhere comparable to HRT in terms of promoting attractiveness, not to mention, dude, I was bald and no amount of work in the gym solves baldness. We have endless threads about this. So, again, you can go off bica and start exercising as you become increasingly bald and then wear a system to have the body and hair that you want.

But you are deluding yourself if you think that I could somehow be more attractive by going bald and working out. Again, I have men and women and MtF's and FtM's all showing interest in me now via PM and I assure you, that was not something that happened to me after I lost my looks towards the end of my 40's and, it came on remarkably fast probably assisted by my depression.
