Ok, think I'll test salivary free E2 just to know how it differs from calculated one. Also gonna test for IGF-1, 3a diol-g, dhea-s. Mb any other suggestions?
That would be great. I also test igf-1 3adg, dhea-s, but also DHEA and androstenedione among other stuff to rule out adrenal issues or smthing like that

I'm gonna be lowering my E2 progressively from 6 mg to 5 mg per week. I hope my balls are dead enough so I don't get a T rebound. I put them on an alcohol-induced coma so they better be dead

Idk how you have high shbg with such low dosage of estradiol especially for EV weekly injections. Do you have or have had any kind of malnutrition recently? Do you have gut issues of any kind?

I already tested 3a-Androstanediol Glucuronide, 11-deoxycortisol, 17-OHP, ACTH, DHEA, Pregnenolone, 3a-diol-g and all types of cortisole b4.
Unfortunately can't find it rn, its from 3 years ago, I think its on my old phone. Everything was in ok ranges, except ACTH, cortisole and 17-OHP pretty low, so I'll as well test at least those.
That's a great one. I still want to test 11-deoxycortisol as well but I will have to pay for it. It isn't too expensive so all ok

Yeah those are important especially if you have any kind of issue with them. Mine are under normal range as of the last 2 blood test (6 and 3 months ago) I will get the new one on friday

This is not accurate. When the test was taken i was on 4mg EV every 4 days. And before that i used to abuse Diane 35 and CPA for some time

Metformin is also known to increase SHBG. You might want to quit that
If I have oily scalp itchy feels like inflammation will metformin help? I see people using it for pcos, and helping reduce glucose levels.

Oh so maybe you have way lower shbg then cause 4 mg/week EV is low dosage

It's possible, since SHBG primarily binds T/DHT Side note: Ketoconazole will help you more if you're not already using it

Adding dutasteride once a week will do nothing compared with daily.

I'd say Norwood 1.5
Hey fast question as far as the back door I’m still looking into it.. if it is happening to me does it mean finasteride is useless as in is the back door pathway tons of dht or just some and I had a test done about a month ago for test dht all that stuff

Depends on your genetics. There are ppl that has more active 5ar1 than others. Same with 5ar2. And yes finasteride do nothing against 5ar1

Okay I guess my question is if I had the back door pathway finasteride won’t do anything for type one but my question is if I did nothing not finasteride at all wouldn’t it be worse??

Prob worse since you would have both isoenzymes active.

Yes. Everything related to hair loss. You need to find one that is specified for hair
