In real life i think we see men/women we think about going out with its usually if attracted vs not attracted..

I dont really sit there and 'estimate' value of the men hitting on me,

It sounds like some people know on average what number mostly hits on them and then they know there number in correlation...I cant do that much math.

I was only saying a picture is static and can not give you a taste of somebody's charm... I will not even try to defend myself. All I can tell you is that I dated good-looking (some very good-looking even) men and "ugly" (according to other people) men. I find Steve Buscemi quite charming, and apparently no one does. Apparently I have weird tastes, IDK. Of course I need to be attracted to the guy, but a lot of this attraction is related to this person's... How can I say it... mojo.

Come on somebody must be crazy not to think Steve is f*****g cool ; )

And... he was a voluntary firefighter immediately after 9/11 (he had been a real firefighter in the 80s).

Of course he is no super model but how can one not admire his great talents?

his wife was hot when he married her.

they are still together and i am sure he did okay with women--probably not in HS but he studied at Lee Strasberg acting studio and was a fireman in NYC--he did good with women i would bet on it.

I do believe true talent gives a different meaning to some men's looks.

They are dark for one
women wear a ton of makeup for two

There's something so empty to any club scene however, you feel loved by those around you but it's all temporary and false. That can hurt when reality kicks in.

I did mention Miami as one of the cities where the women are hot in the clubs even though I only spent one summer there. I don't value women on the basis of their nightclub looks alone. I just went to the nightclubs to pick chicks up for the sport of it. It was like being out on Safari. I'd ride into the clubs on an elephant and wearing my Bwana hat.

I wonder if we went to same clubs in Miami.

My Miami club days were like Summer of 88, 89 and a bit into 90 91...heaviest was probably 88/89.
