Bullied is the wrong term, taking the piss out of(not by people I know) is more apt.If it isn't the hair, its something else....
ps Is this your amatuer attempt at analysing me.

Not at all, I'm just wondering why you say you want to be 'left alone,' as I doubt people really care that much about your hair or lack thereof to go out of their way to bother you about it. If they do, then get away from them. They're bad people.

Thats where you are wrong.People do care about my lack of hair, and other physical defects(that they and society as a whole define as defects).Small-minded people with small minded lives DO care about other people(in a negative sense).
It appears so light and fluffy in your world, can I join? :)

Don't get me wrong, I'm a realist. I know that even slight hair loss can ruin someone's day. I just accept that it's nobody else's fault though, that hair loss is a bad thing. We don't like the way it makes us look. People might be less attracted to us, but there are millions of people even less attractive. You don't need to be beautiful to be normal.

Even if you were NW1, you would still be considered a "monster" because of your size.... :dunno:

I personally would love to be a monster.

Nope. The difference between you and I, is that you think it's everybody else's fault that being bald is a terrible thing and that everyone in the world has a horrible attitude to bald people. I hate hair loss, it's dominating my life at the moment, but I'm not getting angry/ depressed because everyone treats me differently, I'm getting upset because I don't want to lose my hair.

Nah,its the bald/shaved head that defines me as a "monster".

I can't understand why it is so hard for people too comprehend, that as a whole, society doesn't like/accept the sly/shaved headed look.
As a species we have never accepted people for looking different ie the colour of their skin, sexual orientation, physical disabilites etc.Even though the aforementioned examples are worse, baldness IS seen as a physical flaw.
This is borne for MY experience as a fully bald man for the last 16years,and the comments and reactions I have received.

I know... nw3s like to preface their statements with disclaimers like "don't get me wrong, I'm not saying baldness doesn't suck BUT..." in the end they don't understand the subtle and sometimes not so subtle undertones and signals that society projects onto us. They refuse to believe it or don't see it because they aren't bald so they are safe from having that kind of attention directed at them. But once that threshold is crossed, they WILL notice a broad demographic of people who will not only notice but respond negatively to their appearance. And while one can always say that those people are shallow I can only say look around in the world we live in!

I am not saying whatsoever that you should just get over baldness and live your life because I couldn't do that. I don't want to be bald; I look bad enough now. I do not look upon hair loss lightly, and know that even though I started losing hair at 14, fully bald men of any age have it much worse than me. However, it seems that there are loads of people on here that instantly hate non-bald people which is backwards. I have people staring up at my hair constantly and some make sly remarks and laugh, but it's not because they don't accept me. Some people will think lowly of bald people, but they are not representative of 'society.' I hate the word society because of how overused it is on this site.

I don't hate non-bald people,I hate ALL people.... :) We are a pointless,horrible species,a failed,genetic mutation.
Anyway, getting back on point regarding society "hating" bald people, again I have too disagree, and say the MAJORITY of society hates(or less of a strong term,dislikes/uncomfortable) around bald people.I suppose I am looking at it from a sly head point of view,as opposed too a horseshoe point of view, where ridicule is more common, whereas a sld/shaved head is percieved as intimidating, ugly, unapproachable, racist etc.

Sayz you.

Did you see "Seb: picking on big guys" thread I made?

You and UCman have some complex on how society views us. And you think its only negative.

It has been shown in studies that when it comes to intelligence, baldness makes men appear more intelligence. Youth, beauty take a hit. But it helps increase the appearance of maturity and intelligence.
A bald guy will get murdered in the bar scene because women are not looking for maturity and intelligence there. But in normal day to day life, maturity and intelligence are a plus.

Sly bald does look a bit menacing. So if you dont want that, grow out your horseshoe.

Why should I grow out my horseshoe for society....I feel exposed walking around sly,but with a horseshoe I would feel extremely embarrassed.
Yes I am emtionally, mentally, and spiritually drained, but it really will be the end of me when I validate my appearance, likes, lofestyle etc, through the desires and approval for "society".
ps Yes I did see the post you made, although largely I have too disagree.

oh working out huh? that's cool

i'm sorta of a misanthrope as well, i'm alone pretty much 24/7 but instead i get high and listen to music or play games lolz.

As long as one is not harming anybody,do what you enjoy, without seeking/needing the approval of others. :)

Time and time again, you have said that you dont want to be viewed as a threatening person, that you want to blend in.

Growing out your horseshoe will do exactly that, make you more invisible.

And who are you kidding, people who go sly ARE doing it for societies approval. No other reason to waste time shaving head regularly.

You have obviously not absorbed what I have said on any of my posts...I am a misanthrope,I haven't been socialising for three years,I do my shopping in the early hours of the morning too avoid humans, and I spent over £2000 on sports equipment too get out of going too gyms, and putting with the bodybuilding wannabe wan***s.
I have previously walked around with a horseshoe and didn't like it,it makes ME feel even worse about myself than being sly.
Thus I am not seeking approval, looking too belong,or "blend in",I just want too be left alone, theres a big difference.I can barely be bothered too talk too people nowadays.
The bottom line is,if I wanted too "fit in",I wouldn't drive a proton,I would stop training,so I wasn't so big(as you said,its not the bald head,its my "size"),I wouldn't have facial hair,especially it being ginger :jackit:,I would go out and social,and I would have a girlfriend.
ps People have mentioned numerous times too grow my hair(what fu**ing hair!),thus I would grow a horseshoe instead of shaving too please society, not the other way round.

A shaved head (with a decent hairline) is my favourite look- low maintenance etc. I'm getting MHT for this very reason. It's much better in every sense than the horseshoe.

By 'it' I was referring to the sly bald look being better than the horseshoe.
