FDA Approved HairMax Laserband 82 released today at CES. Thoughts?

Can anyone compare the intensity of Laserband diodes to typical Lasercaps? I've owned a Lasercap and a Chinese knockoff. The Chinese version had the most powerful diodes. Still they were behind a plastic film which diffused the lasers, essentially making them like LEDS. Laserband states their lasers are collimated (focused). Do they actually emit pinpoint light dots like a laser pointer?
