Does finasteride cause dry skin, or thinning of the skin? I see people complain about this, and my skin has felt very dry and tight since starting propecia. Feed back would be appreciated!

I think it’s benefical for your skin more than anything. finasteride clears up my acne personally, one of my fav side effects

Yeah but does it clear it up because it dries you out? Like are you less oily? Bc I never had oily skin and now I’m feeling dry

The first thing you need to do is look at the drug's instructions to see what side effects it causes, and it's best to do this before taking it. If it has already happened that as a result of taking the drug your skin is dry and tight, take tallow balm and soften it. It is important that the balm is carefully made with local grass-fed beef fat, free of hormones and antibiotics.
