Finasteride - Any brand will do?

We know there's a lot of products of finasteride out there.

Proscar, Propecia, Fincar etc.

So, any brand will do?
As long as it contains finasteride?

i used proscar for 12 months and fincar for nearly 15 months,ive experienced no difference between them.Fincar is way cheaper though
