Yeah but x5 is not the greatest magnification of a drug. I have no idea how they can say it is a possible danger at 5mg but definately not at 1mg.

I've checked the latest Propecia leaflet, and it's nothing to worry about. It's a concern when using Proscar, and obviously it's because of the amount of drug. However, you should be extremely cautious if you're cutting finasteride pills around women.

Yeah I checked it as well. It is only a concern when using 5mg of finasteride but still I had no idea that was the case though. Thanks for linking to that.

The European package insert ( the one linked in this thread)is different than my American insert from Teva as no where does it say anything about using condoms or finasteride in the semen
