I “thought” that i saw some more hairs coming out when i dried and brushed my hair. In retrospect this was nonsense, probably the classic few hairs lost as per usual healthy shedding. A friend of mine took finasteride staring at 18 bc his fam has a history of mbd. Hes 33 and still has nice hair. So taking as a preventative worked for him. Even though i dont have a fam hisof mbd i still took it. I thought that as least it will be a preventative IN CASE i do start to recede. Stupidest decision of my life. I obviously never read up on the chance of RH. So basically I screwed myself. Idk whast more difficult the actual hair shedding or knowing that I literally did it to myself. Im trying to stay positive and see what i can do now given the circumstances. Thanks for hearing me out and any recommendations will be much appreciated.
