Majority of people purchase from inhousepharmacy or unitedpharmacies.

I still use propecia [merck] and I am willing to pay the extra money. Until the UK officially passes for these generic drugs i.e. 2013, I will not be risking my hairline for this. Upto now [i.e. 8 years], I have managed to keep all my hair except for the temple region starting to recede.

Your choice. Some people have been on fiscar, finpecia etc for more than 7 years.
