----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

my question is : does flutamide make a diffrence ?
i think it can block scalp dht from binding to the hairfollikel , but is this true ?
and does it needs to get in the blood to be effective (symetric) ? or is just on the skin also effective ?

also : does keto make a diffrence ? i read alot of succes stories on your forum , with many users
that uses keto ... i used it a few times and see alot of shedding , increased hairloss , does most of the
keto users have this ? and will the lost hairs from shedding return ?

on my hairforum they say its best not to use keto if you dont have itching or dandruff

i would like to use it but need some info from keto users on this forum ?

thanks...
greetings from belgium

I can't comment on flutamide, other than it could have severe side effects because it could be bad on the liver and it works by being systematically absorbed by the body. But I guess you already knew that. You could ask el dutrino in this forum, he is a flutamide user.

But when it comes to keto, it has been shown to stimulate hair growth in 3 studies. Not really much difference in 1% and 2% keto. The main thing about keto is that it helps with the immune response to hair loss(inflammation) and has a small anti-androgen effect. So it is at least better than minoxidil in the long run. And if one use a good conditioner the itching many people talk about isn't a big issue. I actually have a sensitive scalp and I feel keto 1% is really good for my scalp.

thanks for the info...

so flutamide only works if it gets into the bloodstream ?
the sides are more from taking it oral i think... i only use 0,5ml , while genhair recomends 1ml ...
so i think i'm safe on this...
i do little bit bodybuilding and dont wanne lose all my musscles with the fluta...
in the past i did do bodybuilding with androgens : testo , deca 200 and other (quite this 2 years ago)
so i know its part my fault , i had allready hairloss , and with using all this my
hairloss was increased badly and fast... so i know from my part its all hormonal : dht...
is there a good scalp dht inhibitor ?? that works great ? its for this reason i use fluta...

with that keto , if you have shedding , does the extra lost hairs return ?
i dont know if you had any shedding from keto ?
i think normally is that a shedding is a good sign that it works ? i had this 2 times with dutasteride...
but i readed in the past on a forum from people that quite using keto becose there lost more hairs
than it grows back... i dont know this is with everybody...

how mutch do you use of keto ? every 2 days ?

No, flutamide works like topical dutasteride or topical finasteride, it gets absorbed on the scalp then bloodstream and then it works like oral. Fluridil is a flutamide designed to not get absorbed in the bloodstream, but is supposed to be less effective. To my knowledge there is no "super" topical anti androgen. spironolactone works a little, lavender is shown in studies to work, fluridil only have studies from the people that make it, same with revigogen(but just shady), flutamide works but could cause sides, ru is probably the best but it will probably never be commercially available, some topical antiandrogens are in research and in test phases but nothing that will hit the marked soon. Internally dht inhibition is probably the best way anyhow, topically could probably just help. spironolactone is more potent than finasteride on paper, but finasteride/dutasteride usually works better in real life

shedding after you start one treatment is usually a good sign, but no one ever really knows. i have a buzz cut so i really don't know if i shed. what people on forums says is often very diffused, with 30 happy users of a treatment the 3 unhappy users ill make the biggest noise. i use it every 3 days. you could use a p-o shampoo like body shop ginger shampoo, it is shown to be the same as keto, but I don't know if it has a mild anti-androgen effect.
