Androgenetic alopecia (Androgenetic Alopecia) is a common type of hair loss that begins in adolescence with progressive follicular miniaturization.

In clinical treatment, finasteride and minoxidil can help some patients. We conducted clinical trials on actual patients to verify the impact of laser treatment on Androgenetic Alopecia.

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of laser therapy in patients with AndrogenicAlopecia on hair density and hair loss based on Randomized Controlled Trial.

Methods: 90 patients with androgenicalopecia were collected in the outpatient department, and were randomly divided into two groups.

The experimental group was treated with WLTJG-380 laser hair regeneration therapy instrument for 20 minutes each time and once
every other day.

The control group received minoxidil twice a day, 1 g each time. Both groups were evaluated after15 weeks of continuous treatment.

Results: After 15 weeks of treatment, the hair density of the experimental group was (104.97±11.40) hair/cm 2 , and the hair loss was (128.56±29.01) hair.

In the control group, the hair density was(103.25±9.86) hair /cm 2 , and the hair loss was (124.33±24.36) hair.

Compared with baseline, both groups showed improvement with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).

While there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).

After treatment, the hair density improvement rate of the experimental group was (34.54±13.73)%, the normal hair loss rate was 15.56%, the control group was (32.20±13.61) %, and the normal rate was 8.89%, the
The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).

There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).

Conclusion: Laser treatment of androgenic alopecia can improve the symptoms of alopecia in the treatment cycle, with fewer adverse reactions.

Laser treatment is highly effective in increasing hair density and reducing hair loss. It's also more convenient to use compared to minoxidil.

If you wish to combine laser treatment with medications like minoxidil, you should consult a doctor.

Some individuals may experience itchy skin; this is due to skin tolerance and is a rare occurrence.
