Is there really nobody who had seen another nw7 at my age? I can't be the only one.

I knew a nw4 17 year old when I was in senior year. Another 17 year old there also had a pretty badly balding crown. Another guy I know was like nw5-6 at like 22 or 23. He is also a 5'6 hapa like myself but fat lol. He's literally so depressed he is on an SSRI injection regimen

Why would one inject SSRIs? Swallowing the pills wasn't enough?
