@Aqalp I figure it's especially difficult to have this happen when you play hockey. "Flow" is an integral aspect of hockey culture (in US at least). Consider some of these glorious manes:

Hi, did you see much of the Michigan versus Michigan state (football) game last night?
Interesting result.
Definitely. I follow Michigan State as I've spent some time in Lansing and have buddies who went there. Felt great to watch Michigan lose, honestly. I'm more a fan of basketball than football but I do follow the Big Ten in general. 2000 MSU basketball team is my favorite of all time. Are you a fan of either program?

@myusernamenow Well, I just like primetime football in general.
I don't mind both of these teams, to be honest.
They both have obviously produced some great pro talent.
Charles Woodson being one of the greatest cornerbacks to play the game.

Now, to be honest I can't think off the top of my head about any NFL players to come out of Michigan State. (without google)
Can you enlighten me?

Woodson was awesome in college and as a pro. Great dude to watch. As for MSU talent I gotta at least mention our bald brother Brian Hoyer:

Also Le'Veon Bell is one of the best RBs in the league and he went to MSU.

Oh! Of course, Le'Veon Bell. I really enjoyed watching that guy dance before the line and then make his burst through it, in the play-offs last year.
I haven't watched any Steeler's games this year.

Damn that was aggressive. Do hockey players take gear? Lol

Without doubt. Some hard drugs too.

Yup, hockey hair. Here's Gretzky sporting some flow:

A bit different, Brent Burns with the caveman look.

f*****g hell.

"Losing your hair can at most take you down 1 point"

Yeah right.

This guy went from über high school Chad to guy who spends too much time on the couch watching NHL and drinking beers.

What a terrible loss of aesthetic. He would look good again with a hairpiece and if he lost some weight. Goes to show you that baldness can really deliver a huge blow to even attractive people's look.

He looks exactly like the type of guy to comment on articles such as that. Apart from what's left of his hair.

Honestly, apart from the Hawaiian shirt with grey socks and trainers combo, nothing is THAT outlandish about the way he looks. It's that NW7 horse shoe that has the worst effect imo. In most of those photos his face looks its age. I think it's a classic example of shaving the head completely being preferable to grown out horse shoe.

That's what I'm saying. He looks like the average doughy nerd, the only thing that makes him "creepy" is the hairloss.

What's up with this kid from the spiderman movie? He's only 21 but it dosent look like he's shaving by choice. He was wearing a wig in the movie too. Props to him though for having the balls to pursue acting
