We agree again and I've always written something similar, there are just way too many options for young people to try and save their hair, no sympathies if one didn't really try even mainstream options. Serious baldness is rare in 20s and with treatment/surgery, it's becoming rarer especially in the looks obsessed world we live in.

That's more of a preference I guess. If I want to use a hair piece and my gf supports it (not reluctantly) then I would do it, but not every woman has the same view as her on hair systems.
