still thinning and shedding all over, fallen hairs are all weak and whispy. stopped all treatments in September/October. still looks good, feels like sh*t compared to a year ago.

Im losing 8 hairs in shower, your regimen is weak. I use ketoconazole shampoo everyday and shedding has become less.

Reality is slow thinning. Panic at first. Bad sides from medication and just looking to slow down the thinning, acknowledging very solid hair at my age.

Bro if your hairline starts to actually thin out noticeably (which probably wouldn't even happen until at least 60) then you can always just get a transplant and you will be good for life. You will probably be a grandparent at that point lol.

Definitely thinning over all, thinner hairs and the fallen are shorter. Still seem like universal density more than male pattern baldness though temples are starting to recede. Over all have been chill about it but would like to do something to help. Right now I’m taking Nutrofol vitamins lol as my only ‘treatment’ might add back a shampoo with Keto. Think thyroid medication, other medications and my switching medications definitely made things worse. I have an Rx for Winlevi cream and have 4 vials. Considering using on temples but weak at 1%.

It's definitely all those treatments that have negatively impacted upon your hair or other causes unrelated to Androgenetic Alopecia such as stress, hormonal changes, autoimmunity. At most you have a very mild case of Androgenetic Alopecia undetectable. It's time you realise your good genes and enjoy life, what's the point of having all this if you're not making use of it anymore or worrying constantly? I had to have a transplant to get a good front due to my genes whereas you have it naturally, we have the same thick black wavy hair although I think mine is thicker on top. Like you I look younger than my years, thick beard if needed and no greys or very little - honestly you'll always be at least 15 years behind your colleagues and without surgery, what more do you want in life? You also have a very muscular body, I'm in shape with a 6 pack but in a lean way, you'll turn heads just with that body. You literally can also slick your hair back and you only need to do little maintenance here and there from head to toe due to genetic gifts.
Life is short, so much to do out there, your hair is also currently looking gross, i'm no feminine guy (far from it) but it's very oily and full of dandruff due to all the crap you use, get some simple products and restore it's health, log out and never return. This place is feeding your obsession in a bad way, if you were balding and needed help or using this place as light entertainment, it wouldn't be bad to log in. You'll regret your wasted time one day maybe if this continues.
