well here is the old Pic where my hair was really falling out fast, as you can see my temples had receded really bad.

Visible difference, the "island" isn´t isolated as before. You might add some Rogaine foam to get a bit of that hairline back.

About your Norwood: There is no way you are 2, you are a 3.5. If you are lucky you might go back to a Norwood 2.5 with treatments, the rest would require a hair transplant.

Btw. Are you sure you are only balding for 3 years? Damn, it is really agressive particularly since it started at a rather late age compared to many other forum members.

i noticed it 3 years ago it could have been longer but i was ignorant no the facts. :cry:

my buddy has achieved similar result as you...I met up with him today and his hair looks a lot better than it did 6 months ago.
