Guys,is this diffuse thinning or Just strong lightning ?

All of the pics look fine, only the first one would raise some eyebrows. I think it looks like the start of temporal recession, I also have that weird, thin effect around the corners of my hairline (you can see big gaps between hair clusters), and if I look in the mirror with a buzzed head there's a clear receding hairline pattern when in direct light, indicating minaturizing follicles at the temples.

do u live in the U.S? Start with 1mg if u get sides (not likely) go down to .5mg. Yes both doses hold similar efficacy, but at 1mg u never have to cut them and you have slightly higher chance of responding, on average.
