Guys,is this diffuse thinning or Just strong lightning ?

When my hair is dry after shampoo i can still see some diffuse,but less. The point is,i have long hair,i cant shampoo everyday,otherwise It will damage my hair. However,If i sweat a bit and my scalp gets a little greasy,the diffuse thinning shows up
