The silverlining is that you have something that you love. Liking food to the point where you struggle to not overeat all the time and get fat is outlandish to me. I don’t like cooking or eating, it feels like a giant waste of time.
People are making food for hours and for what? Just to sit down and eat it for another hour.

You don't like eating?! No wonder you are depressed!

So what platforms are you lot using for cryptos ? I just tried to set up an account with bitfinex but they have 'temporarily stopped registrations.' seems like many other places have also.

Insightful posts guys.

A therapist told me years ago that my love of food was an proof that there was some sensuality within me.

Still learning how it all works. Got approved on Kraken so it was time to dip my toe into the alt markets. Went to transfer my bitcoin from Coinbase as only tier 2 approved. Coinbase wanted to charge £16 to send £10 (my test amount) lmao. I realised then what people meant by the $25 coffee. So I sent my btc to gdax, bought lite coin with it then sent the lite coin to Kraken. Fee? 57 pence. I assume that’s the best way around bitcoin’s ridiculous transaction fees.

So that didn’t work. Tried to buy XRP on Kraken with my lite coin but apparently there’s no currency pairing for those two. Looks like the only way to buy ripple on there is with bitcoin or fiat. Fiat means linking bank account and fees; bitcoin means transferring from gdax for quite a large fee.

The government had warned several times that virtual coins cannot play a role as actual currency and could result in high losses due to excessive volatility,” the South Korean government said in a statement, according to Reuters.

The government announced that it would ban opening anonymous cryptocurrency accounts and would introduce legislation giving regulators the power to close virtual coin exchanges if necessary. The government said that this was a measure recommended by the justice ministry, said Reuters.

I’ve read multiple articles on this, it is literally just know your customer and anti money laundering laws that every western nation in the world already has. Also talk of applying a CGT which again every other country already does.

That “power to close virtual exchanges” is a power that already applied to any finance related institutions and again is already the case throughout the rest of the world.

The interpretations otherwise are based on nothing but a poor education in reading comprehension.

Ripple has gone to 2nd position in crypto.

with 4 billion usd volume.

4 billion dollars pump ripple to over 35% growth.
while this 4 billion dollars would not have moved bitcoin even 1% intraday.

Truly ridiculous and unfortunate. Huge swell of noobs coming in and many of my friends solely buying ripple "because it is cheap, what if it hits $10000 like bitcoin?" without know what a goddamn market cap is.

The love of food and gluttony can be overwhelming.

I'm on day 1 of a fast now. All I had today was water, a bit of lime juice for taste, tea, coffee, and a lot of cough medicine lol. I'm hoping to fast through Friday.

It's non stop holidays, and traveling for me through mid-February, I'm hoping to stay under 180 lbs through it all.

Up next I have 11 days in Florida and 4 days in New Orleans. Then there's a break of a few days that includes two cooking classes (lol), a 3 day trip to Connecticut, then another break of a few days, then a three-week trip to New Zealand and Australia.
I'm getting too addicted to food and sleep now. I eat up to 3500 calories and sleep 13 hours on average. I'm 5'6, 145 lbs, so i have no reason to eat or sleep that much.
