You have to excercise too dude, or it won't do any good, it's not magic :lol:

The smell is too strong to use anywhere else but in the gym IMO.

YMMV then dude, I can only tell about my experience...

By the way, this stuff will only work if the fat has been attracted to that area of the body by estrogens (it's a topical receptor blocker).

Well, I ordered this expensive *** cream today. Along with this, i'm also taking Dim-Plus.. i've been energized with Dim-plus, good thing I guess.. But haven't noticed anything yet...

I'll post as soon as i notice anything
