to the original poster. body hair is caused by androgens, ie/ testosterone and DHT. one would expect propecia to make your body hair thinner.

but if it isnt then maybe the slight raise in testosterone is the cause. not hugely sure which one is more potent in causing body hair, the study is a little confusing.

Hey Sam I know how body hair is caused and expect propecia to make your body hair thinner. I'm just telling my experience with the propecia so far and I know growing body hair is not of the reported of the sides but only you know what happening to your body and different reactions when taking a prescription medication. Just because it doesn't say that on the label on the pill doesnt mean that other sides can possibly happen. I just don't get it why people in this forum get very defensive when you get a side from finasteride and tell you that your imagining it in your head. Its not like its a out of ordinary sides thats way too impossible to receive but thanks for explaining respectfully and kindly other than saying its all your head.
