I am a diffuse thinner. I underwent a treatment similar to this. Fat cells were extracted from my body through minor liposuction in my midsection. Stem cells were derived from this, and a mixture of stem cell medium and PRP was injected into my scalp. Close up pictures of my scalp were taken before and after (one year apart) so that they could measure changes in hair density and thickness. Not a damn thing happened, except that I was out $5k. The ATCC is the marketplace of choice for buying cells.
I think you must be an institutional buyer though.
Besides, cells die if you dont control for several parameters (CO2%, pH, sterility).
1 bottle of liquid culture medium for any kind of cell you want to maintain alive is several thousand dollars.

I've read a lot of positive literature on adipose stem cells. I would definitely try this in the future if my condition gets worse.
