im not at the point yet where I need one , but it gives me some peace of mind to plan for the end game worst case scenerio - being nw5/6 in early / mid 20s. I see a lot of people saying that they are to much work , a life of hell etc etc but I just can't imagine walking around bald like that. I think I am in the top 1% of the worst people to have hairloss . By this I mean losing my hair has a much bigger impact on my appearance then the average guy. I have not responded to medications and I am diffusing so there is really no where to go from here except wait. But it's hard to be content in life when I know what's just around the corner , always creeping up. It's hard to be motivated when I think of living life as a bald 21 year old, but if I know I have an option to fall back on , like a hair piece it would help for peace of mind. I am wondering how viable are they and how common are they ( do I just not notice them or does no one wear them?)
Agree

A hair piece is not a viable solution for hair loss because even remaining bald will result in a better life overall.

I sort of agree but let's say in the case of someone who is nw6/7 in their early 20s , short , slim , pale and young looking. Also a weird head shape and no facial hair - does that person really have any chance to have a good life bald? I think sometimes hair system might be a better option
