I hadn't uploaded the recessed hairline before so posting some photos. I think it's reasonable for a guy. It hasn't recessed back in many years.

Update:
  1. I started that homeopathy (as shown in previous post) on 18th Dec, Yes I'm desperate.
  2. Since 1st Dec, I cut intake of Vit A, Selenium, Zinc and Copper. As mentioned earlier, I was probably consuming them 4x and are said to be triggers for diffuse hair fall.
  3. Till 1st Jan, the hair fall at the time of shampooing has been reduced to 20 strands from 30 strands.
  4. Hair fall has noticeably reduced but is still high.
  5. From a month, I have been shampooing only once in a week, 3 times conditioner though. at least 5-6 times rinsing at minimum.
  6. Started using dermaroller (1.5mm) a week ago, frequency would be 1x week.
  7. Started topical 5% minoxidil and 0.1% Finasteride solution, 1 ml twice a day. Started 3 days ago.
  8. Call me crazy but I Ironed my hair once but my hair returned back being curvy in 2 days.
  9. Started creatine from today, I know some say creatine can cause hair fall, I never had hair fall from creatine. Let's see.
  10. That's all I can remember from the top of my head, and Oh, I had one this hair strand which was half black half white, black at the root side. So one grey hair turned black. I don't know what that means. :)
Current total regime:
  • Alopecin (homeopathy) 16 tabs everyday
  • Dermaroller 1.5mm, 1x week
  • Minoxidil 5% Fina 0.1%, 1 ml twice a day
  • Ketoconazole 1% shampoo, 1x week

I'm gonna overcome this fall, grow some hair and gonna love them more than my wife. I swear.

My hair fall has stopped almost completely. Thanks to cleanup in diet and that homeo drug(?) mentioned above. Due to my unpredictable schedule, I haven't been able to use fina and minoxidil. Regrow and thickening is the plan going forward.
