Well, just passed the 2 year mark trying this and that. Barely maintaining.

I also just passed the 7 month on Proscar, 1mg daily mark. Will give that a few more months and if nothing significant in terms of regrowth is evident by the fall, my next step would be to add topical dutasteride.

where do you get your apple poly's at?

If you keep your hair short, buzz it yourself every 30 days with the same exact setting, and save all the hair and weigh it on a gram scale and keep records. This is much better than pictures. in fact, you can buzz the front and back separately. the only down side is that faster hair growth is not as important as thicker hair hairs and more hairs, so faster hairs can throwoff the results. but you can get around that by measuring how long some of your hairs are. I'm thinking about doing this myself. i've been told I look best with 1 inch of hair on my head, but i think I'll stay with 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch while I'm experimenting. this is a very strong tool.
