HAIRLOSS DEATH

antonio666, you've only been on dutasteride for 6 weeks and you're already sounding like you're about to give up! If after 12 months your hair looks worse, by all means start to despair, but until then you shouldn't be so negative. (For the record, if I had to put money on your results after 12 months, I'd bet on you growing hair rather than losing it)

With the treatments available you should be able to hang onto the hair you have until better treatments come along. And they will. How could they not? Fifty years ago there was NOTHING we could do about hairloss. In the last 10 to 15 years an array of effective treatments to attack this disease have been developed. Do you really think in the next 10 to 15 years science will just stand still? No, we'll have better androgen inhibitors, better growth stimulators and there may even be more permanent solutions like hair cloning etc.

Don't give up yet. The outcome is not a foregone conclusion. If you're a NW2.5 then the war is far from lost. And be careful of the people telling you to just give up and accept it. Just because they have doesn't mean you have to; you have the choice to fight it, and the goal of success is not an unrealistic one. There are people who have regrowth and maintained for over a decade.

Right on bro!

Antonio, don't forget to take pictures to accurately judge your progress. The mind can be so deceiving.

The impact of hairloss is created by guys like you that the only thing that matters is fashion, fun, money, gadgets and PS2 (now its PS3). And of course a NW1.

NW1 sure is a fine gadget. Where's the on switch?

The ON switch is in your head. IF you turn it on then girls come to you. If dont then your NW1 is broken. You can see it if scalp is showing.
