I'm not completely bald yet. Severely diffuse Norwood 2.5. But I will probably hit Norwood 6 in a year or 2. Not a candidate for a transplant, finasteride or dutasteride won't respond to DUPA. Seriously considering a hair piece or SMP.

I wish I was a black man. Any black man looks good bald. Except i'm a pasty whitey. Only thing I have for me is I'm in great shape. I better get used to being a hat prisoner.

I know how good hair systems can look. But it takes balls to wear hair and be confident about it. And than you risk people finding out or spotting you and paranoid 24/7.
I have also seen some amazing SMP work. It gives you back your hairline and face frame. I am leaning towards SMP. However I can still get by using toppik with the birds nest I have left to give the illusion I still have some hair. Don't know how much longer I have left though.
Concealer can work quite well if you are not too far gone yet

I've seen dudes completely regrow from NW4 back to NW1'S. Its possible with the right meds but you are basically transitioning from male to female with the unavoidable sides.
dutasteride, Estradiol, and another med some guy used. Completely destroys your dick, testosterone and DHT but it grows your hair back.
It can't be good to completely obliterate T and DHT from the male body.

too young for hair transplant
too old for finasteride (NW2 follicles died at 18)
just a living corpse with NW3.5 with receding vertex and temples with zero facial aestetics and 5'9 manlet
also many white girls have bigger bones than me (just lift (bro))

Where is the problem? The new hair are DHT (from donor area) resistance.

Unless he is on meds the non transplanted native hair should continue to bald. It's hard to say which hairs are completely dht resistant.

Look at Wayne Rooney. Had a 30k transplant and he still continued to bald after that and needed another one. Any transplant surgeon would have you on finasteride after a transplant.
