This haunts me. I only knew one guy who killed himself, that was back in senior highschool. I never understood why he did it. He seemed like a nice and happy guy.

15 years later, when my hair loss started, I realize why he did it. Looking back at a class photos, he is the only one balding.

if hairloss really was that much of an issue you would have done something already...
balding is no choice, but staying bald and looking bald is these days...

yeah use concealers or systems only for people to call out my fraud and get mocked even more lmao

How advanced was his balding? I know a guy in my high school who already had a f*****g NW7 horseshoe at 17 years of age, all his hope and dreams were crashed. Balding lonely is the worst f*****g thing, because people are offended by your presence, your opinion literally does not matter because you are bald, and you are reduced to the butt of the jokes because no one can relate to you, yet at the same time being balding is unacceptable and trying to hide balding is also unacceptable. Also, you become the 'hero' of balding horror stories, with people ready to OD on finasteride hearing about your case. I totally get it why this guy offed himself, and sorry for your loss... it only shows how horrifying this is

hair loss is not just a cosmetic issue, it’s much more. Doctors and scientists need to understand this.

He was a thinning NW3, shave it territory. It was really weird seeing those photos because the concept of balding never entered my mind until I started losing hair around 32/33. So back when I knew the guy when I was 18, I never identified him as 'balding', just a nerdy weak looking guy.

well, i dont know... as i said a few times, it is a choice... i do understand the thinking behind it, i have seen a lot of people here who paint their scalp, a lot of people who seem to be using a bottle of toppik a day, a lot of people whos toppik is dripping from their heads, ugly transplants, people who obviously refused to take medication after their transplants and so on...

all things that could be avoided... of course i would prefer not using anything either, but there is no way around it (and it looks way better)...

same as usual: you can do a lot, if you do it, its up to you... just dont complain, if you refuse to do anything...

it just isnt as bad as people say it is...
of course it isnt nice to loose your hair, no need to mention it...
but you can do something... you and me are good examples... or bieberscombover, he also did all he could and it looks like everything is going well for him...

honestly, unless you are broke and homeless, there isnt even a reason not to try something, since there are options for every budget, you just have to look for them... like one quick google search away...

Yes and maybe on here I read about like say 50 guys in a chat room agreed that they would do anything to get their hair back or they couldn't be in the competition. And after a year it seems one guy went from a balding Romeo to a blonde Juliet but everyone else dropped out with various inane reasons as to why.

i do understand that you want your hair back at any cost, but for that reason alone? then you have never been competition to begin with...
