Unfortunately yes. Massive sides with Oral Dutasteride.
No sides with Topical though. I was using 0.5% once a week roughly. I also used 1%.
I am now going to start using 0.1% every other day.
I think you can get away with a low dose and still bee very effective at blocking DHT on the scalp.

Did you try dutasteride with an anti e?

I take dutasteride with arimadex, 10mg boron daily ( lowers HSBG ) and 5 mg cialis daily ( because finasteride and dutasteride depletes nitric oxide ) and i have no side effects.

I would never touch an estrogen blocker unless restarting my HTPA after a cycle or getting off TRT.
High estrogen makes me feel great.

I did the boron experiment. SHBG lowered from 35 to 28, I have not followed up to see whether it remained and to be honest I have my doubts wether lowering SHBG is a good idea anyways, there are several articles on it.

I take 5mg cialis every other day, no need to take it daily.

I'm glad you have no sides, many people don't!

I havent noticed a change in livido honestly.
I tried aromasin and got bad shedding with it but arimidex 0.5 mg twice a week dosnt hurt my hair.

Very low dose arimidex has been ok for me hair wise.

How does finasteride lower nitric oxide, ive never heard of this? Can that make you less “veiny” or hurt your pumps ?

If it does in fact decrease NO then yes it would decrease your pumps and appearance of veins. There are bodybuilders that take Cialis just to increase their pumps but I think it's only a theory/speculation that finasteride/duta decreases NO. I never researched into it yet so I may very well be wrong

I ask cuz My arms used to be COVERED in veins before finasteride. I attributed less veins to gaining weight from eating like sh*t. Never heard about finasteride doing this

According to the study, DHT is used in creating NO and by suppressing DHT production with 5ARI's, NO is reduced as a result.

I really don’t have any noticeable libido issues. I’m sure a lot of bodybuilders take finasteride too though

I'm just curious to see if Cialis will help me combat the side effects of dutasteride because 0.5mg makes me feel castrated for a week.

try l-citrulline and see if that helps.

I def look softer and less vasilar. I used to have veins on veins. Kinda sucks. But it could be cuz I have higher body fat. Idk. I like bodybuilding and hair so it blows. I’m also natty
