When I weighed 165-170 lbs I had people telling me that I looked sickly and too small though I was working out more back then.
My main problem is that I'm bald and I think that having more mass looks better than being a small/very lean bald guy.
It doesn't help that I'm on the short side, too.

Below is a pic of me with just a light beard. I'd hardly call what I have a "massive double chin" and my biggest problem is that I have too much of a babyface.
Even when I weighed 15-20 lbs less I had the same face structure so my weight isn't the problem.
Right now I'm 5'8" 185 lbs.
