I cannot use it twice a day so I will take 1% once a day using 2ml 0.5%. if you put 2ml of 0.5% in same area of 1ml, then it is equivalent to 1% 1ml.

Also kintor said in the trials they will make is at 1% once a day, not twice a day, for customer convenience :
