yes in past couple of years the middle and crown have started thin out.
but made a mistake not to take pictures at baseline when i started finasteride, so only have pictures 4 months in and 8 months in, and so far looks the same to me
but i was on 0.5mg for 7 months and 1mg for the last month, so hopefully the full dose will kick in

Perfectly fine hair... You got really short hair with light directly on it, ofc you will see scalp. Your hairline is also nice...
You said you noticed your hairline changes at 15/16. DANG! mature hairline, no male pattern baldness(yet)
Stop the finasteride as it is pointless atm and get on with your life. Working out is good for depression. I like to run in the woods when i feel depressed

Nobody said that you shouldn't take finasteride no more. Or at least, I'd also still take finasteride if I was you, just in case. But in my opinion, you have had nice regrowth so I wouldn't worry if I was you.

Grow it out a little, and make new pictures. With a buzz, everyone looks balding. Hence the reason why real balding guys often get a buzz, cause it makes them look like they lost no or just a little hair. :whistle:
So grow it out a little, and see how it looks. You can always buzz it afterwards if you don't like it?
You could also add Minoxidil to your regime if your really worried?

i discovery problem, I bought fake finasteride. Its call Medley, shitty false finasteride, im back to ems im my looks like not fall more :nono:.

All the pictures you post look like you have perfect hair. Most guys would kill for the way your hair is in those pics.
If you are really concerned find a doctor who will do a Miniaturization test on you.
I think this is more accurate than the Hair Dx test.
it will tell you if you have aggressive hair loss or not.
btw the only reason you think you are diffusing in an NW6 pattern
is because you buzzed your hair and under harsh light you will be able to see your scalp. In every other pic you posted you hair looks fantastic.
