That could very well be alopecia areata.See if it gets bigger the next few days.It might also be Ringworm, and if it is you might need antibiotics.
Becareful with that, try to be on top of everything.
Do you think it's possible to regrow hair there?

I wrote a post about AA,because i ve had it.Yes,absolutely you ll get you hair back, but first see if it gets bigger the next 2 days.I am almost positive that it looks like AA from the picture..I think its imperative you see a dermatologist to verify your condition. If you dont wanna do that let me know if it gets bigger by tomorrow and i ll be happy to walk you through all the steps i took to reverse it.

My sisters boyfriend had a spot like yours. It can be caused by stress. Its alopecia areata. It grew back after he needled the area.
Alright thanks, I made an appointment with my doctor by next wednesday, but knowing it can grow back calms me down. I'll keep checking it every few days to see if it worsens.

MASSIVE UPDATE: I went to the doctor today.

Take everything with a grain of salt since this doctor isn't the brighest and pretty bluepilled when it comes to hair loss...

I explained her my situation which I explained the post, and she pretty much said I have alopecia, didn't specify which one but I assumed areata. She prescribed me Betaderm Cream 0.1% to make it grow faster. When I asked her if it was the clindoxyl, she said she doesn't believes so (yeah sure, and I magically got a bald spot right where I applied the cream even tho I get acne on my head every time).

Then, I talked to her about my concern with gyno, and how I was taking Finasteride for 1 month with no side effects (she wasn't the one who prescibed it to me), then she wanted to see the thinning, and said my hairline is very strong (LMAO) and told me to stop finasteride because it's just hair, and it's genetic, and blah blah blah, pretty much bluepill bs and she didn't even consider that I've been on finasteride for 1 month and didn't get any side effects...

Anyways, I told her about how I took pictures of my chest before taking finasteride and rubbing my chest to find any rubbery glands before starting finasteride, and how I still feel something (even tho I don't feel them bigger or anything, my breast didn't increase in size and I have no breast side effect), so I asked her if she could check me. She did, and said she didn't find any Gyno, and said there is a bit of swelling, I asked what does she think swelled (the gland or fat), and she said most likely the fat. I told her I've been rubbing, pressing and pinching my left breast for past days since I've OCD when it comes to gyno, and that's probably why the left breast is more swelled than the right one. Anyways, she pretty much said I have no gyno, which is what I suspected, because when touching my chest normally I feel fat, only when I press REALLY hard is when I feel something, and it doesn't feel like the rubbery disk that the internet says. I also feel it on top of the aerola near my armpit.

In conclusion, I have no gyno, I didn't have gyno (since I felt this BEFORE Finasteride) and it's probably my schizophernic OCD that made me thing I had glands growing.

Then again, she's pretty dumb so maybe I do gave glands or something, but I doupt it, I have no rubbery disk under my areola (feel likes a hole with soft fat when I lay down and put my arms up), I just feel small pea size balls around (and outside) the areola and above my chest near my armpit. So far I have no symptoms on my breasts (no sensitivity, pain, tenderness, increase size, etc.) and I didn't feel any pain even when I've been pressing, pinching and rubbing my left breast for the past few days.

In conclusion, nocebo is a real thing.

NOTE: The sensation of something harder than fat in my breast was BEFORE taking finasteride. I was just scared that finasteride would make it bigger.

It might take a while, but you ll be fine.
Yeah, I was mostly worried about it regrowing or have that bald spot for ever. Now that I know it can regrow I don't care that much. Will update in a month again.

UPDATE: Bald spot came back again

After almost full regrow the bald spot came back again on the same spot although smaller. I’m 100% is due to the huge amount of acne I was getting in that area of my scalp. I have no one to ask for help, my ex-family doctor was a useless b**ch who didn’t know sh*t and I don’t have any other family doctor to ask for a deferral to a dermatologist… so much for “muh muh Canadian healthcare is awesome” anyways, I guess I’ll stick to Nizoral (I’ve been using it for like 3 weeks) and see if it’s gonna help. My acne has cleared up but I feel more will come. I’m hoping for the best.

I can’t believe I’ll go bald due to acne for of all things. I’m not even going to have a smooth bald scalp, but instead an acne scarred ridden bald nutsack for a head.

I try stronger stuff like 0.05% Tretinoin (Retin-A) everyday and I still have acne on my face (not severe, but I get pimples everyday, I pretty much never had clear skin after 14yo). If Nizoral can’t save me then I need stronger sh*t like antibiotics or even Accutane. The problem is getting a f*****g doctor to prescribe me those, here in Canada is very hard to get healthcare.

Neither. My family started to get acne when we came to Canada. It must be the shitty water and all the foods bloated with hormones. I went through a very strict diet since 2019. No sugar, and not too much junk food/fatty foods. Still no change.

I took a course of Doxycycline for like 4-5 months, it improved my face but I still got pimples frequently, and then my face became acne ridden again after finishing it. Apparently I also had crazy acne when I was a baby behind my head lol.
