Thank you that makes me feel a lot better. Got very nervous when everyone said receding, but I’ve had this hairline since senior year of high school (maybe it is ever so slightly back further from maturing). I guess it is best to get assessed by a doctor! Thanks again
No problem, but don't treat this post as a diagnosis or a reason to get hope or despair.
Chill out, take two step backs, if you doubt your judgement based solely on the mirror, check different pics, if you cannot make a confident judgement based on picture separated in time, go see a specialist.
In any case, the specialist is always the best options to go for right away if that's possible.

Right. I agree with your judgement totally. I’m in college and would like to enjoy and I feel like for the passed couple of months I’ve been so crazy about being scared to go bald I haven’t been able to! So thank you

The side effects in my opinion seem to outweigh the positives. Are all of those issues worth it? Don’t know
It's the opposite in my opinion, I've been on it for 4 and a half months and not had any side effects. There's a tiny chance of sides but a very big chance of halting hair loss.

Thank you! I’ll probably get assessed by a doctor because I can’t tell, I don’t notice any thinning.

You have thick hair with a good hairline.
I see what you see & that’s typical area where hair starts to degrade on males. Other than sides & hairline, next area is right in center on top of your head. I heard a hair transplant doctor say that; & he’s been doing it for 20 years.

Thank you! Do you think it is just a mature hairline? Should I see a doctor and get on any medication? I’m torn between these decisions. Thanks again

Everyone wants perfect hair men & woman. Woman usually have thick density. They want elongation the longer & flowing & thicker the better.
There are so many levels of hair. You are in top 1%, but the testosterone/DHT usually starts to degrade hair. Also testosterone forms different bone structures on males. And it’s also below the surface. capillary formation/ maintenance to get blood/nutrients to follicles. The more you educate yourself the better. One doctor maybe cutting edge & the next is 5 years behind. So it’s up to you. If I had hair like yours I wouldn’t worry. At any time hairs can start to miniaturize. It’s subtle, gradual, almost imperceptible. You seem to be on the ball.
You can always get a consultation for free or little money. Most of the chemicals on these forums can be gotten quite easy. I know I have 95% of them. male pattern baldness is a almost like a disease with stages, maybe a few or 8 or more. I wish there was a magic answer.
