THC:

A couple of studies – such as this one and this one – have suggested that cannabis use lowers levels of testosterone. Other studies, though, suggest it has no effect- such as this one.

This is study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6249575 - have suggested that delta 9-THC, and CBN inhibit specific binding of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) to the androgen receptor.

Researchers at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Chicago report that low levels THC, does reduce stress - http://www.drugandalcoholdependence.com/article/S0376-8716(17)30220-X/pdf - The stress can cause hair loss. Of course, genetic factors play a significant role in most types of hair loss, but environmental factors can certainly exacerbate or reduce it.

CBD:

This one, which looks at the effect of cannabinoid on inflammation specifically:

Cannabinoids are potent anti-inflammatory agents and they exert their effects through induction of apoptosis, inhibition of cell proliferation, suppression of cytokine production and induction of T-regulatory cells (Tregs).

It is reduce inflammation in the scalp and throughout the body. Inflammation and fibrosis are linked with pattern hair loss. AND CBD maybe is PGD2 blokker and increases endogenous PGE2 production (???).. I don't understand this >> http://mct.aacrjournals.org/content/12/1/69 - somebody help me :eek::eek:

Hempseed oil:

According to a study conducted in Finland, hemp seed oil helps alleviate dermatitis, an inflammation of the skin. This is due to the balance of omega-6 and omega- 3 fatty acids. The study was carried out in 2005 by researcher J. Callaway and published in the 2005 "Journal of Dermatological Treatment." Callaway found that symptoms of skin dryness and itching significantly improved in dermatitis sufferers after using hemp seed oil for 20 weeks. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16019622

what do you think?

Inhibition of human hair follicle growth by endo- and exocannabinoids.

" Here, we show that human scalp HF, intriguingly, are both targets and sources of endocannabinoids. Namely, the endocannabinoid N-arachidonoylethanolamide (anandamide, AEA) as well as the exocannabinnoid delta (9) -tetrahydrocannabinol dose-dependently inhibited hair shaft elongation and the proliferation of hair matrix keratinocytes, and induced intraepithelial apoptosis and premature HF regression (catagen). I ve been doing rick Simpsons oil for two years. I take some before bed, size of a grain of rice and was using topically with no results for the hair, but over the top for weight loss. It was like everything was reset back to when I was twenty. Also a great cancer cell killer.

Hahahah how do you know about nimbin?!
I was trapped in Alice springs and every flight or bus ticket out was expensive. I tried to hitchike but it didn't work, and then I used Gumtree to search for a rideshare and met 3 cheapass germans who owned a former Wicked van. They said they were going to Nimbin, and i waslike yeah take me anywhere, I just need to get the f*** out of the middle of the outback. So we split the costs and they drovesuper slow to save money, i think under 100kph if i remember correctly? and it took like 1 week of driving and camping and we ate 1 big meal a day of pasta, ketchup( or tomato sauce as Aussies call it) and tuna every single day. finally got to Nimbin and attended the giant hippie festival which was like 3 days, but we stayed there maybe a week getting stoned everyday, lol.

Lol!
Nimbin is renowned for that sh*t. Sounds like one hell of a journey. If you ever return, make sure you visit Byron Bay in NSW.

Australia was great. travelled it for 2 and a half months. I briefly stopped in Bryon Bay but just like a couple hours. I spent some time in Surfers paradise after nimbin and got goon drunk with those germans. They were totally cool when high but alcohol made them lose thier minds, one of them spent the night in jail, lol.

Haha surfers is alright, but very touristy. Sunshine Coast is far nicer. Lots of mountains, beaches, very quiet. I’m glad you liked it here. Don’t come back until winter though if you do. It’s bloody hot.

I was always amazed by how Southern emishpere seasons are so different form the Northern. If I an not mistaken, summer begins December 1st and Christmas is in it!

Correct. We are complete paralells. Christmas here is usually seafood and barbecues, sitting around the pool or hanging around the beach. We are just about into autumn now though and it’s still around 36 degrees Celsius which is almost 97 Fahrenheit.
