-> And the CBD strenght is very poor in hemp oil...if you want high cbd strentgh you have to deal with real "Marijuana oil".
If I had real Marijuana oil the last thing I would be doing with it is sticking it on my head! Ha ha...

This will help me pull younger women by making me look 19 again.

ETA: I actually did buy a pack as there are benefits to vegan fat sources .I wanted some flaxseed but they were sold out. Relative to flax, hemp has more fat and protein, but less fiber. Should be good in its own way.

I expect no impact on my hair.

Its amazing how many studies show a huge number of things should work for male pattern baldness. Green tea, black tea, peppermint tea, saw palmetto, nettle root, and the list just goes on and on forever. How many of these have ever practically stopped or reversed male pattern baldness? None that I have ever heard. I tried some of them myself.
I think you have to be really really careful picking small studies and citing them as evidence. I mean yes maybe to an extent some of these work, but we never know how well or what potency. Some studies might just end up with wrong conclusions unless they are corroborated by other studies.
I think this falls into this category.

The hemp or cannabis should be applied directly to the scalp and ignited. The subsequent wounding plus plant factors will have the most positive effect.

Totally false. No idea where you're pulling this claim from. Hemp and Marijuana are the same plant, they're just given different names depending on the amount of THC they produce.

Both "Hemp" (low THC) and "Marijuana" (high THC) can be selectively bred to produce lots of CBD. The CBD products that are sold online come from cannabis that's classified as Hemp, which again is the same plant as the stuff you smoke to get high, just from low THC-producing breeds.

Way off topic but...

Both hemp and flax seeds are shitty sources of omega-3 fatty acids because they provide mostly ALA (Alpha Linoleic Acid) instead of EPA and DHA which are more readily usable by the body [1]. ALA converts to EPA and DHA in the body, but not very well. Sea sources are best [2].

Shelled hemp seeds are good for minerals. Flax is mostly a gimmick because it's usually sold with the shells which are hard to digest, the omega-3 content is mostly ALA and it also goes rancid so easily that it's hard to be sure you're even buying non-rancid seeds/oil which are actually bad for your health [3].

I'm not advocating a long-term vegan diet. It's certainly true that animal fats are healthier, but there's is no dichotomy, you can have both. I eat a lot of fish and eggs as well.
