This question was originally asked to Bruce Lee. Obviously he no longer posts here. Does anyone know what happen to him? I mean i know he got banned, but does he post at some other hairloss forum or what? I think he had been on minoxidil for 10 years along with spironolactone and some other stuff.

so are you putting it in juice or on top of cereal?

I eat it strait out of the spoon and wash it down with grape juice. It tastes horrible. No point in ruining a bowl of cereal or salad with this stuff.

I was also wondering what happened to Bruce, I didn't know he was banned.

good point, hope it helps.... I have heard flax meal is good stuff and not just for hairloss.
