tbh u dont look fat just chubby atm but you can turn it around before it gets worse just calorie deficit and weight training, cut down to like 15% BF and work from there
Would you say i could get skinny in 2 months?

Yes definitely skinny in two months with right training but I don't see why you want to get skinny, imo you should focus on building muscle mass. Ive had a pretty good transformation over the last six months and can pm u some advice if u want

Given your height and fat right now, you can easily get a nice body by working out. It just takes a lot of patience and discipline

You can lose weight, just eat once a day. I went from 87kg to 82kg (~5kg loss) in 4 weeks, and I'm still going.

Also, try to build muscle, the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism becomes and the more calories you would need to gain weight, i.e.: it will be harder to be at a calorie surplus if you had muscles instead of being skinny fat.

Ideally do weight lifting 3x/week and do cardio (running/jogging) 3x/week (don't do weight lifting and cardio on the same day), that's what I'm doing right now. Also look into C25K, it's a program that will help you to be able to run 5km in 16 weeks or so.

Also, 2kg in a month is very low. You should lose a minimum of 4kg a month (1kg/week) but since you're skinny fat you can get away with a more aggresive weight loss per week IF you're working out, else you will lose muscle instead.

Im working out at home, from monday to friday. Rest at weekends. I am eating approximately 3\4 times a day. I dont want to get shredded for now, id rather build definition and dry out, instead. I am working biceps and triceps one day, the other day chest and back. For biceps i am lifting 2kg weights 3x40

For chest muscles, push ups. I can't afford a gym rn, however im planning to enroll into a gym in the near future.

I don’t know why everyone is doing a cardio bias when you just need to create stress for the body and reduce the number of calories. Stress for you will be any physical training, even squats, against this background, gradually reduce food intake, you don’t even have to invent with the diet, but simply reduce the amount, this will reduce your weight, although it will not add muscle mass, but as far as I understand you don't need her.

Curling 2kg for 40 reps is a bit inefficient if you ask me. You should increase the weight until you can do 10 reps for 3 sets.

Also, do you have a bar where you can do chin ups? It would be better than bicep curls + it works you back. Compound movements are superior to isolation movements.

Push ups are good for chest, make sure to make the push up harder (ex: diamond push-ups) once you can easily do 12 reps for 3 sets.

Eating 3-4x/day is a bit too much. That’s what I do when I bulk (gain weight). You should lower it to 2x/day and don’t worry about getting shredded. It’s pretty much impossible to get shredded without a decent amount of muscle mass + intense dieting. You should still aim to lose 0.5-1kg/week as that’s the healthy amount to cut fat

Also, weight yourself every week, that way you know if you’re dieting correctly or not.
* If you gain weight, then that means you are eating too much and should lower the amount.
* If your weight didn’t change after a week then that means you should eat a bit less.
* If you lose weight, then that means you’re doing it correctly and should keep doing what you’re doing.

You can buy these resistance bands from Amazon and since you're a beginner they'll help with muscle growth. They can do a lot of things that machines in gyms do, obviously not aswell. I used them to train arms for a couple of months before I had access to a gym. And I find interment fasting helps me lose weight

I am starting to think finasteride causes weight gain. I have always been skinny as well but recently gained a lot of weight that I just can’t seem to shed ever since starting finasteride
Certainly. I put on 10 kg exactly and now this is my new natural weight.
